What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage client communications and expectations while serving as the primary point of contact during implementation
• Define and execute implementation projects, including tasks, deliverables, and staffing coordination
• Develop and deliver training sessions for clients and internal team members
• Collaborate with Product Management to recommend and deliver effective software solutions
• Present project statuses and report on progress to the executive team
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of experience managing complex software projects, especially client-facing projects
• Proven hands-on experience implementing SaaS and/or enterprise software applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational abilities
• Proficiency with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project
