Job Description
Provides direct support to Senior Government personnel ni both administrative and support services. Oversees executive assistants tasks and programs. Coordinates activities with direct reports and other staff. Reviews documents for ASPR executives. Manages schedules, answers phones, makes appointments, and conducts action items for Government personnel.
Qualifications
This is a remote position.
Employee must have a Public Trust.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- 4-6 years of experience in an executive assistant position.
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
This is a remote position.
