Job Overview: As a Remote Scheduling Assistant at Dreamscape Destinations, you will play a vital role in coordinating travel itineraries and appointments for our clients. This remote position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering seamless travel experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Itinerary Planning: Work closely with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and availability to create customized travel itineraries.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and activities for clients during their travels, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Booking Coordination: Assist in coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, based on client preferences and availability.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients and travel vendors to confirm reservations, obtain necessary documentation, and address any changes or issues that may arise.
  • Client Interaction: Provide timely updates and reminders to clients regarding their travel itineraries, appointments, and reservations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of travel itineraries, appointments, reservations, and client communications in the company's database systems.
  • Customer Support: Provide assistance to clients during their travels, offering support with changes, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances as they arise.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining scheduling processes, improving efficiency, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or a related field, preferably in the travel industry.
