The Role

Power Technique North America is seeking a Vice President, Canada Region

As the Vice President of the Canada Region, you will continue to develop the Power Technique business and take full responsibility for consolidated operations in the region. You will lead the sales organization and provide oversight for the Service Center(s) in the region. You will report to the General Manager of Power Technique North America LLC. You will work remotely, but extensive travel is required to support business operations across the country.
You’re mission will be to continue the sustainable growth of the Power Technique business in the region, with a strong focus on innovation, marketing automation, connectivity and digitalization of operations to further optimize processes and maximize efficiencies. Market share growth will include the development of all product lines within the business with particular focus on power and flow channels.
Key Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Drive business by being an active and visible presence within the channels and with end users.
  • People development, with focus on coaching and mentoring
  • Developing a culture of proactive sales management.
  • Ensure proper implementation of critical tools such as C4C.
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term sales, marketing, and business development strategies. Planning should take into consideration the interests and needs of customers.
  • Represent Atlas Copco’s Management within Dealer Channels
  • Interact with the various Power Technique stakeholders to support the development of synergies, the consolidated result of the Company, Divisions and the performance of the Business Area.
  • Manage regional P&L and working capital in accordance with agreed to target and expectations.

What we expect of you?

A 4-year, university degree in business administration, marketing, engineering or similar and a minimum of 10 years of experience in portable industrial equipment sales and service with at least 5 years successfully leading teams.
This position requires extensive travel.
