We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven, proactive Data Analyst with strong SQL skills and experience using Amazon QuickSight to join our growing team.
The Data Analyst will work closely with product managers, engineering, and business stakeholders to help drive product decisions through data insights, reporting, and analysis. You will be responsible for providing actionable insights to guide product improvements, track performance, and identify growth opportunities.

We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven, proactive Data Analyst with strong SQL skills and experience using Amazon QuickSight to join our growing team.
The Data Analyst will work closely with product managers, engineering, and business stakeholders to help drive product decisions through data insights, reporting, and analysis. You will be responsible for providing actionable insights to guide product improvements, track performance, and identify growth opportunities.
What You Will Be Doing
- Utilize SQL to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to inform product decisions.
- Build and maintain custom dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Amazon QuickSight.
- Analyze product performance metrics to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Work closely with Product Managers to translate business needs into data queries and reports.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of product initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Create ad hoc reports and perform data deep dives to support product strategy and roadmaps.
- Identify areas for optimization and improvement in the product lifecycle through data analysis.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Proven experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon QuickSight is a must. Other BI tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Experience in statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the tech or SaaS industry, preferred.
- Understanding of product metrics and how they relate to business outcomes, preferred.
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus, preferred.
- Committed to data quality, preferred.
