Python & C/C++ Engineer

This position is for a senior-level software engineer who will be responsible for advanced software development, contributing expertise to the creation of high-quality, innovative, and fully performing software. The role requires extensive experience in large-scale projects and proficiency in Python and C/C++.

Requirements

• MS in Computer Science/Engineering with a minimum of three years of experience, or BS/BA in Computer Science/Engineering with at least seven years of experience
• Due to US Law and this customers contracts/projects, Candidates must be at US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
• Proficiency in Python and C/C++
• Knowledge of compilers, static analysis, and software security
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and their application in problem-solving
• Familiarity with machine code (e.g., x86, ARM, MIPS, or PPC)
• Experience with distributed version control systems (Git or Mercurial)
• Background in reverse engineering and binary analysis, with experience using tools such as Ghidra, IDA, angr, or capstone
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot complex software issues
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle, including testing and documentation

• Experience with vulnerability assessment techniques, such as fuzz testing and emulation-based methods
• Familiarity with embedded systems and binary analysis tools
• Knowledge of AI/LLM technologies for cybersecurity applications
• Understanding of advanced cybersecurity strategies for securing firmware and embedded systems
• Familiarity with common security vulnerabilities and mitigation methods in software development
• Experience with software composition analysis for secure software systems
