Cordance is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Operations team. In this role, you will help shape our Talent Acquisition function and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience. We're looking for someone with a people-first approach and experience in a B2B SaaS startup or high-growth environment.
This is a fully remote role; all candidates must reside in the US with work authorization

Cordance is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Operations team. Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the full recruitment life cycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, find top-quality talent, and act as a trusted recruitment advisor to gain buy-in from multiple stakeholders
- Champion fair, equitable, and inclusive hiring practices while building diverse candidate pipelines and conducting initial screenings for technical fit and cultural add, providing valuable feedback to hiring teams
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and internal stakeholders
- Continuously refine and develop innovative recruiting strategies tailored to our evolving company needs
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or as a Recruiting Coordinator role within a B2B SaaS startup or hypergrowth environment (agency experience considered)
- Proven success managing multiple roles and recruitment projects in a fast-paced, agile setting, with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences
- Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders, while fostering alignment and collaboration
- Passion for Talent Acquisition, with a commitment to creating positive candidate experiences and driving successful hiring outcomes
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, or similar platforms is preferred
- Hiring Screens will start week of 10/15
- Reports to Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
- Role will close when applicants reach 100+ to ensure timely follow-up
