Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with stakeholders, drive process improvements, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that enhance our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and document key stakeholders, data flows, and process flows in their current and future states.
• Gather, document, validate, and maintain business, functional, and technical/non-functional requirements for various projects.
• Translate system requirements into agile themes, product backlogs, epics, and user stories, depending on the development approach.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and subject matter experts to refine user stories and establish clear acceptance criteria.
• Work alongside developers and testers to ensure functionality aligns with defined acceptance criteria.
• Participate in gap analysis and detailed requirements development efforts.
• Support the planning, preparation, and execution of user acceptance testing, including the creation of test scenarios and cases.
• Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle to support testing and production rollout.
• Assist in creating procurement documents such as Requests for Proposals and Requests for Quotes.
• Contribute to vendor proposal evaluations and documentation of results.
• Foster process improvement initiatives and assist in market research for automation projects.
• Facilitate options analysis and support the development of business cases for proposed projects.
• Document meeting agendas and notes, ensuring clarity and follow-through.
• Maintain project artifacts, develop status reports, and support project management efforts.
• Manage SharePoint sites for assigned projects and perform additional analysis and project support tasks as required.
