Key Responsibilities
- Team Collaboration:
- Conduct weekly team and individual meetings with the HR team to provide support and address ongoing projects.
- Capture and distribute weekly meeting notes to the team.
- HRIS System Support:
- Perform ADP data entry for new hires, terminations, and employee transfers.
- Update system entries for employee work detail changes, manager changes, and job reclassifications.
- Maintain accurate employee records and files.
- Manage non-employee workforce accounts.
- Coordinate with IT for equipment and systems workflows.
- Recruiting and Onboarding:
- Source candidates to meet minimum qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions.
- Process applicants through the ATS system.
- Initiate and manage background checks.
- Schedule interviews and follow-up processes.
- Manage I-9 verifications and processing.
- Oversee open requisition management.
- Coordinate offer letters and communicate promotions and salary increases.
- Lead the onboarding process, including first-day presentations, welcome packets, and benefits orientation.
- Manage employee exit processes.
- HR Operations and Reporting:
- Assist in compliance training.
- Prepare weekly turnover and attrition reports.
- Provide HR support to the team as needed.
- HR Generalist Duties:
- Draft team communications, such as holiday time off notices and other announcements.
- Collaborate with InfoSec on annual audits, including SOC-2.
- Assist with initial disciplinary concerns and coordinate related meetings.
- Oversee leave requests (e.g., FMLA) and coordinate with employees on leave and PTO/DTO.
- Partner with finance on payroll-related matters.
- Support HR programs, including performance reviews, employee engagement surveys, benefits enrollment, and salary planning.
- Serve as the primary support for employees and front-line managers.
- Update the employee handbook as needed.

- Tools & Systems – proficiency in technology and automation of processes
- Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and take on new tasks with a high level of difficulty
- Work with minimal up-front guidance and take ownership of work products
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience with demonstrated experience in benefits administration and leaves of absence (e.g., FMLA, ADA, disability) facilitation
- Experience in multi-site/dispersed employee base
- Experience using ATS platforms and HRIS systems
- Prior experience in a fast-paced scale-up environment is a plus
- Proven experience in HR roles, particularly in HRIS, recruiting, and generalist functions.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of compliance and employment laws
