Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing change management activities to support data product adoption and design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams and program offices to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Assess the impact of proposed changes, creating and implementing comprehensive change management plans.
- Ensure all changes are effectively documented and communicated to minimize disruption and maintain operational continuity.
- Engage stakeholders and manage their expectations through effective communication strategies.
- Support strategic planning and rollout of data visualization solutions, with a focus on communications strategies.
- Develop resource content such as newsletters, press releases, presentation materials, and surveys.
- Contribute to communication efforts aimed at both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Participate in Agile teams to develop and deliver data products through human-centered design.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in change management, IT operations, or a related field.
- Experience with change management principles and practices in a government or IT project context.
- Knowledge of project management principles and tools for effective execution of change initiatives.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver clear, concise communications at all levels, from users to executives.
- Experience supporting the adoption of data visualization solutions and developing communications strategies.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment, collaborating with teams to iteratively deliver data products.
- Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci Certified Change Practitioner).
- Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Experience in IT project management methods.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to craft effective messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities. #CJ
