Location: Fully Remote (Ideally GTA)
Job Type: 6-month contract (possibility to extend or convert to permanent)
We seek a driven and results-oriented Senior Consultant with eDiscovery platform expertise to join our client's Forensic Technology practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer forensics and cyber incident response.
Your New Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will execute client engagements by identifying, acquiring, processing, and analyzing digital information for eDiscovery, and organizing and maintaining Electronically Stored Information (ESI). You will collaborate with clients to understand their eDiscovery needs, recommend solutions, and oversee the identification, collection, and preservation of ESI, ensuring data integrity. Responsibilities include managing data processing techniques, providing Relativity consulting services, advising on legal holds, preparing information for legal proceedings, implementing quality control measures, staying updated with eDiscovery technologies, conducting client training sessions, and acting as the lead technical liaison between case managers and client teams.

Your New Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will execute client engagements by identifying, acquiring, processing, and analyzing digital information for eDiscovery, and organizing and maintaining Electronically Stored Information (ESI). Responsibilities include managing data processing techniques, providing Relativity consulting services, advising on legal holds, preparing information for legal proceedings, implementing quality control measures, staying updated with eDiscovery technologies, conducting client training sessions, and acting as the lead technical liaison between case managers and client teams.
Key Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in eDiscovery.
- Strong knowledge of eDiscovery processes and the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
- Proficiency in Nuix, Relativity, RelativityOne, and other eDiscovery platforms.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 eDiscovery, Encase, and FTK is a plus.
- Relativity and Nuix certifications preferred.
- Understanding of data properties, file signatures, email threading, and email patterns.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work both independently and in a team.
- Strong relationship management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Interest in learning new tools and technologies quickly.
- Excellent understanding of the legal framework of eDiscovery and relevant legal standards.
- Knowledge of forensic procedures for data analysis and tracking.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
