Bilingual Collections Analyst – Remote

Our client, a very well-established financial organization located in downtown Toronto and experiencing a tremendous amount of growth over the past two years, is actively seeking an experienced Bilingual Collections Analyst!

Key Roles And Responsibilities

• Review past due accounts and resolve accordingly in the most efficient manner.
• Conduct timely follow ups where agreements have been made to ensure resolution as agreed.
• Uphold and maintain all Credit and Collection Policies within the department.
• Assist in developing daily, weekly, and monthly strategies in achieving the departmental objectives.
• Various administrative duties.
  
  

Required Experience / Competencies / Education

• Strong verbal and written English and French.
• 1-3 years of experience working in a collections or A/R role.
• Dynamic, ambitious, and responsible attitude is a must.
• Flexible to additional projects within the Credit and Collections department.
