About the Role:

At Autura, we're all about the team and looking for individuals who embody empathy, ambition, and a strong team spirit. Right now, we're looking for an Operations Support Manager to join our Operations (Marketplace) department. As the Operations Support Manager you will focus on providing support to a variety of Marketplace teams and initiatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for many high-priority processes that directly impact the buying experience of Autura's customers. The ideal candidate will have a combination of entrepreneurial tenacity, enthusiasm, and extreme attention to detail.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide operational support for the marketplace team
  • Evaluate and optimize operational processes
  • Field high-touch customer support escalations
  • Administer post sale deal re-negotiations
  • Process and fulfill vehicle transport orders
  • Manage tasks done by offshore resources

About You:

  • 5+ years in operations support based role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and an eye for detail
  • Comfortable working autonomously
  • Complete highly detailed tasks with tight deadlines
  • Effectively manage multiple communication streams across many stakeholders
  • Strong relationship building skills both inside and outside of the organization
  • Analytical & results-driven mindset
  • Experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not required
  • This is a remote role – ability to travel frequently, about 15%

For this role, the base salary range is $80,000-$90,000 + OTE. Total compensation also includes a competitive benefits package. A salary offer will be determined by several factors including experience, skill level, education, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all team members pay and compensation programs regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay.
