The Role
Tuesday Health is looking for a Senior Product Manager who will:
- Develop and execute strategic product plans for our healthcare solutions, including market analysis, competitive research, and alignment with healthcare trends.
- Create product roadmaps that address both clinical and business objectives.
- Write and gather detailed product requirements.
- Collaborate with clinical and technical stakeholders to capture and document user needs, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and ensure that development efforts are aligned with product goals and timelines.
- Lead cross-functional teams comprised of clinicians, engineers, regulatory experts, and business stakeholders.
- Translate complex clinical requirements into technical specifications and actionable product features.
- Healthcare Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in healthcare product development, with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, clinical workflows, and patient needs.
- Strategic Product Planning: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic product plans for healthcare solutions, including market analysis, competitive research, and alignment with healthcare trends. Experience in creating product roadmaps that address both clinical and business objectives.
- Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Strong experience in writing and gathering detailed product requirements. Ability to work with clinical and technical stakeholders to capture and document user needs, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Backlog Management: Proven track record in managing product backlogs, prioritizing features, and ensuring that development efforts are aligned with product goals and timelines. Proficiency in using Agile methodologies and tools to manage sprints and track progress.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams comprising clinicians, engineers, regulatory experts, and business stakeholders. Strong skills in coordinating efforts across departments to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Technical and Clinical Knowledge: Solid understanding of healthcare technologies, such as electronic health records (EHRs), medical devices, and telehealth platforms. Ability to translate complex clinical requirements into technical specifications and actionable product features.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, computer science, or related field
- 2-4 years of product development experience within a healthcare organization
- Proven succes in product lifecycle management in a nonmanagerial role
- Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
- Very strong project management skills and organizational skills
- Detail oriented with highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think creatively to develop unique and innovative products that stand out in the market
- High effectiveness in leading cross-functional teams
- Experience in delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
