PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Identify and attract highly qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific construction and architecture roles.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring requirements, job descriptions, and project specifications.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and changes in construction and architecture regulations.
- Actively build and maintain relationships with construction and architecture professionals, industry associations, and key stakeholders.
- Negotiate and finalize job offers
- Achieve personal and team recruitment targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Healthcare Recruiter.
- Deep understanding of the US market, including knowledge of key players, market trends, and industry-specific terminology.
- Excellent knowledge of the healthcare sector
- A strong network of healthcare professionals, schools, and institutions
- Expert knowledge of interview, assessment, and selection techniques
- Superb written and oral communication skills
- Sales skills and client focus
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Strong teamwork and collaborative skills
