ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY


We are seeking a strategic client services professional (Senior Account Manager) with digital and performance marketing experience for Enterprise organizations.


The Senior Account Manager is a client-facing role for an established digital marketer and natural leader. The Senior Account Manager role is at the forefront of our business for clients, and ultimately responsible for the client relationship and business partnership. Working both as an individual contributor and collaboratively with a team, this role is responsible for the overall client experience – from delivery quality to alignment with client goals and outcomes.


The ideal candidate for this role has a well-rounded digital marketing background, is comfortable with and excels in a fast-moving agency environment, is a self-starter who demonstrates exceptional communication skills, is adept at leading multiple clients in a book of business - including enterprise organizations, and brings a data-centric problem-solving mindset to every engagement.


ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES


Reporting to an Account Director, the Senior Account Manager will have the following responsibilities including but not limited to:



  • Lead the account direction and cross-team coordination of internal and external stakeholders to deliver best-in-class work to clients across a variety of industries.

  • Be the agency’s front lines and liaison with clients

  • Be the go-to for your client’s business goals, and how our work helps drive successful outcomes for clients

  • Lead relationships for the agency with Director, VP, and C-level client stakeholders.

  • Lead the cross-department teams in developing coherent marketing strategies that integrate NP Digital’s service offerings with our client’s business objectives

  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow and expand business aligned to NP Digital capabilities

  • Proactively identify obstacles and risks that could impact budget and resources


ABOUT YOU



  • 5-7 years of experience in a digital marketing agency setting with experience in Performance Marketing and Integrated Digital Strategy.

  • 2+ years demonstrated experience leading Enterprise level clients.

  • A passion for problem solving and providing exceptional client service.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven experience developing complex and integrated campaign strategies across SEO, SEM, Social, Display, Content and other Performance Marketing channels.

  • Experience building and growing client relationships and business at the VP/C-level.

  • Experience managing and growing a team of direct reports, and/or developing cross-functional teams of indirect reports.

  • Working knowledge of data & analytics principles and applications.

  • Google AdWords and Google Analytics certification is helpful.

ABOUT THE COMPENSATION



  • Base Salary: USD $85,000.00 to $95,000.00; depending on experience and skills

  • Commission and Bonus eligible
