This is a remote position.

With more than 400k customers globally and having more than 7 offices, your role would have it's primary focus to grow business in the Mid Market & Enterprise






Role : Associate Director - Enterprise Sales





Experience : 8-10 yrs



Activity: In-bound lead management & out-bound hunting




Profile: As Associate Director - Sales, you will primarily manage day to day sales operations of your region. For all new prospects, you will be as a SPOC managing the complete sales life cycle. You will also manage the relations for our existing customers and execute strategies for up sell and cross sell of our products.



This role involves directly talking to customers and selling in the defined territory. You will work in collaboration with the pre-sales team to deliver a compelling value proposition that helps win deals.



Role Requirements:





  • You will build the sales pipeline using core sales processes to produce revenue in line with quota.


  • You will build long-term relationships with key senior-level decision makers of large organizations and work in tandem with the pre sales technical team in supporting their digital transformation using our products.


  • Being a thought leader, you will provide the right context and recommendations to decision makers through extensive business and product knowledge


  • You will have proven experience servicing customers in the region


  • You should also be experienced managing and closing complex sales deals and ensuring customer success.


  • Collaborate with Zoho product teams and update product knowledge constantly.


  • Experience with other CRM or relevant SaaS vendors will be an added advantage.


  • Manage and track customer and transactional information in a CRM system




  • Engage closely with the pre-sales / implementation/partner / training team to help determine the best approach for the overall sales enablement.




  • Executive presence with the ability to present/host sessions in external seminars/conferences would be preferred.


  • Industry / vertical exposure and knowledge is an added advantage.


  • Work with Marketing team to drive market development & client education through marketing, events & PR activities.






Qualifications:





  • Degree or equivalent experience in relevant area.


  • Years of experience : 8-10 years experience in a sales role, preferably in SAAS software.


  • Experience in CRM or low code or Marketing apps preferred.


  • Open to working in a remote/co-location office.


  • Proven track record of growing business and exceeding revenue targets.


  • Industry exposure and knowledge is an added advantage.


  • Should be team player and should be ready to wear a multi-hat as and when the situation demands.




  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels - internally as well as externally
