Job Description:


We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic professional to join our team. In this role, you will be the day-to-day leader of our FP&A function. You will have responsibility to conduct regular modeling, reporting and financial analysis and provide thought leadership in financial planning. You will serve as a valuable partner supporting the senior leadership team. This position will dually report to the Chief Executive Officer and the Interim CFO of QuikMedic.


What You Will Do:



  • Own benchmarking, month-end close and forecasting processes

  • Manage the annual budgeting and periodic reforecasting process and partner with business leaders to capture all financial planning considerations into the budgeting process and strategic plan

  • Partner with CEO and Head of Growth/Strategy to develop and refresh QuikMedic’s 5-year growth plan.

  • Serve as a thought leader to build scalable processes and models

  • Analyze, benchmark, and report on financial results and key metrics, synthesizing key trends, analyzing budget variances, assessing current and future business risk, and proposing solutions

  • Facilitate and support ad hoc as well as targeted projects to evaluate growth opportunities and initiatives by quantifying the impact on revenue and margins

  • Provide financial decision support to business leaders throughout the organization on initiatives (product pricing, sales strategies, technology investments, etc.) to enable disciplined financial decision-making

  • Drive and implement process improvements including streamlining processes and establishing standard work procedures

  • Develop and manage FP&A calendar to ensure all deliverable deadlines are met


Who You Are:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field or equivalent combination of education/experience

  • 6+ years of experience in healthcare; earlier experience in banking, consulting, and/or private equity preferred

  • Understanding of value-based care contracts preferred

  • Proficiency in financial modeling, reporting, and handling large data sets using Excel

  • Ability to understand complex business drivers, produce high-quality analytics, and communicate results effectively

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Experience working with, engaging with, and presenting to senior leadership

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity

  • Self-starter with enthusiasm for learning new concepts, tasks and skills quickly, working under pressure, and meeting deadline requirements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
