Phreesia is looking for a Clinical Informatics and Documentation Specialist who will serve as a resident expert in translating clinical terminology and data modeling requirements. As a Clinical Informatics and Documentation Specialist, you will work cross-functionally to create standardized clinical content and drive adoption and utilization of our clinical products and initiatives. This is an opportunity for someone with clinical and/or nursing informatics expertise to step into a thought-leadership role



This is a remote position for those in the EST or CST time zones






What You’ll Do:







  • Translate clinical terminology and data modeling requirements for various essential initiatives



  • Assist in analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical documentation initiatives while maintaining clinical data governance standards



  • Assist in maintaining the data governance standards as well as implementing new market offerings



  • Work cross-functionally with various departments (such as Product and Client Solutions) as well as a diverse array of healthcare clients



  • Directly impact the processes that are responsible for creating and deploying Phreesia's high-quality content









What You’ll Bring:






  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of total experience in healthcare with 1+ year of recent experience in a Healthcare Informatics, Clinical Informatics or Nursing Informatics role required



  • Understanding of clinical terminologies especially SNOMED, LOINC, ICD, etc. required



  • Understanding of interoperability standards for exchanges and semantic normalization skills required



  • Exceptional writing and editorial skills required



  • Understanding of FHIR with HL7 and C-CDA knowledge preferred








Base pay for the U.S. is $75K - $100K USD, depending on qualifications.
