We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Director of Program Operations to lead our team in achieving operational excellence and driving strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our program operations of field and central office management ensuring efficient coordination of resources, timely deliveries, and exceptional customer service.

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Director of Program Operations to lead our team in achieving operational excellence and driving strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our program operations of field and central office management ensuring efficient coordination of resources, timely deliveries, and exceptional customer service.








Responsibilities






  • Develop and implement strategic goals and objectives for program operations in alignment with the organization's overall mission.

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of programs to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and impact.

  • Lead and mentor a team of program managers and coordinators to meet program goals and objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate program operations with other departments.

  • Monitor and analyze program performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Represent the organization in external partnerships and collaborations related to program operations.








Qualifications






  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management or operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong strategic planning and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills.

  • Proven track record of achieving results and driving organizational growth.

  • Experience in [specific industry or sector relevant to the organization].

Salary








Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $89,528 – $135,571
