The Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization

Shift Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m./ Temp contract first 3 months then permanent with the all benefits package / Growth opportunities

The Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Recepcionist, Front Desk or related.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Responsibilities:
- Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person's visit and directs or escorts them to the appropriate location.
- Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
- Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries, and delivers or distributes items.
- Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
- Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
- Sends samples and benchmarks to Customers.
- Supports Sales with customer coordination, including but not limited to document management.
