Job Responsibilities:
Manages all aspects of approach and delivery obligations inclusive of planning, facilitating, communicating, reporting, and managing risk and compliance on cross functional, large scale, frequently technology heavy, and complex project / work product;
Uses independent judgement and discretion to make decisions; Analyzes and resolves change impacts, anticipates challenges / constraints, and provides appropriate strategy and recommendations to mitigate or resolve potential issues/risks;
Produces, maintains, and/or procures written documentation, prepares presentations / visualized materials or meeting decks, and written communication of superior quality and organization; provides visibility into delivery performance and value realization;
Coordinates and facilitates meetings, and demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required
Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings. Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations
Required Qualifications:
Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
Minimum experience required: 8+ Years
Project Management with Experience in Technology or Data and Analytics background preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Education level preferred: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
PMP Certification Preferred
Job Competencies:
Strong knowledge of technology and operational solutions that streamline processes
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues at different levels of the organization while driving deliveries forward
Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem solving skills
Strong persuasion and influence capabilities

Minimal travel requirements
