Primary Objective:


The Channel Relationship Manager will focus on increasing company revenue by strategically growing channel relationships. The Channel Relationship Manager sourced opportunities will be submitted via deal registration portal and SalesForce.com.


The Channel Relationship Manager educates and enables channel partners. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and proactive collaboration to drive successful channel partnerships.


Responsibilities include:



  • Leading a highly agile and adaptive channel strategy

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and pipeline development.

  • Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the

  • progress of those goals.

  • Understand the needs and dynamics of the verticals that Spectrio sells into.

  • Identify and recruit new channel partners that align with the company strategic goals.

  • Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring partners have the necessary resources and information to represent the brand effectively.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with existing channel partners.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for partner inquiries, issues, and opportunities.

  • Foster a positive and mutually beneficial working relationship.

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic plans for channel sales growth.

  • Align channel activities with overall business objectives and market trends.

  • Provide training sessions to channel partners, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of products, services, and sales processes.

  • Equip partners with the necessary tools and resources to represent the brand effectively.

  • Collaborate with channel partners on sales opportunities, providing support, resources, and information.

  • Assist in closing deals and achieving sales targets through effective collaboration.

  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and performance of channel partners.

  • Regularly evaluate partner performance against set goals and take corrective actions when necessary.

  • Negotiate and finalize agreements with channel partners, ensuring alignment with company policies and standards.

  • Regularly review and update partnership agreements as needed.

  • Facilitate regular communication between the company and channel partners.

  • Prepare and present reports on channel performance and contribute to strategic discussions.

  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with channel partners.

  • Work collaboratively to find solutions that benefit both parties.

  • General knowledge of Spectrio partner accounts based on industry expertise.

  • Build and document knowledge about the client’s business and technical setups.

  • Collect and analyze data to learn more about consumer behavior.

  • Maintain a high level of Spectrio Digital Signage product and service knowledge.

  • Show preparedness in Daily Team Meetings and Weekly Manager 1:1s.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field is required; master degree is advantageous.

  • 5+ Years of high performance in the Digital Engagement market.

  • Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience.

  • Must have the ability to be persuasive with strong business acumen.

  • Experience at negotiating sound business deals as well as problem solving skills.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent active listening skills.

  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.

  • Understanding of consumer behavior and industry trends.

  • Extensive, accurate product knowledge.

  • Consultative sales approach.

  • Potential for 50% travel.
