The ideal candidate is an experienced marketer who is looking to work on products with strong growth opportunities and to make a significant impact on the industry and on the team. As Senior Marketing Manager reporting directly to the CRO, you will be responsible for owning the target clinician persona and driving growth. You’ll translate the value of our products to an external audience and develop marketing initiatives to support this. A deep understanding of our products and our core values coupled with a focus on data-driven optimization will be key to your success in this role.


Responsibilities



  • Work closely with the CRO to set B2B and B2C marketing strategy to address company, vertical and individual product needs.

  • Manage and optimize our web presence, from site copy updates to structural site changes needed for growth.

  • Own marketing automation management and identify areas to implement new tools and processes.

  • Plan and lead launch marketing for new products.

  • Get to know our partners to create targeted co-marketing plans.

  • Lead content marketing initiatives to build a relationship with our subscriber base.

  • Conduct market research to understand better than anyone else in the company who our customers are, what they need and want, and how to communicate with them.

  • Track, measure and optimize the performance of our marketing initiatives.



Qualifications:



  • BA/BS degree, Masters degree a plus

  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing

  • Mastery of both digital and traditional marketing channels

  • Thorough understanding of key marketing best practices, processes and tools

  • Desire to drive growth; data-driven and adept at working with numbers.

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills

  • Experience with B2B marketing preferred but not required

  • Ability to dive into new, unfamiliar environments and learn quickly
