Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with an Insurance Defense and Risk Management law firm in its search for a Litigation Attorney to support its Commercial Vehicle practice group on a temporary basis. This is a fully remote position that is estimated to last six months, potentially longer and is a great opportunity to perform full case file workup to completion including settlement and or trial for trucking related cases ranging from small cargo claims to catastrophic personal injury claims. While this is a fully remote position, candidates are required to be licensed to practice law in California and possess a strong foundation in insurance defense litigation.


Qualifications:



  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in insurance defense litigation

  • Active California bar license

  • Prior experience in Construction defect, premises liability, products liability, or trucking is preferred

  • Strong legal research and writing skills

  • Ability to draft and argue motions, mediate, and litigate cases independently

  • All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time


Hourly pay rate: $50/hour and up, commensurate with experience.
