Clinical Quality Experts is currently looking to hire a Team Lead overseeing our Account Manager Team for our Customer Service Department. This role requires a fast paced, exceptionally competitive, results oriented. Account Manager who has a history of exceeding quota requirements for both retention and achieving aggressive growth in their territory.
You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing accounts including oversight of second level billing issues, production schedules for customer production, and oversight for other Account Managers within your team.
Skills and qualifications (mandatory):
- Responsible for Sales and Account Management with existing client-base
- Proactively reach out to existing assigned client base monthly for status and upsell new products and services
- Assist with general Key Performance Indicators associated with Data Management as requested by the
- Department Management.
- Responsible for oversight of KPS's for Account Manager team
- Collaborate and interact with Sales team and other departments company wide
- Support other business functions within the company to ensure timely and accurate Customer data.
Skills and qualifications (preferred):
Experience working in a marketing role- -ideally digital performance marketing.
Managed services, professional services and sales experience
