Job Summary:
Maintaining KPI metrics as determined by the SVP
Essential Functions:
Processing registrations, candidate communication, supply orders, and results for drug screens, breath alcohol tests, and physical assessment results
Organizing assigned work to be completed in priority order, within an assigned time frame
Communicating with vendors such as Laboratories, Clinical Staff, and the Medical Review Officer to obtain needed information to ensure accurate results are reported to Clients
Monitoring pending work levels to ensure timely completion of Client background reports
Maintain Strict Quality Standards
Follow client guidelines in reporting of results
Contributing to the team effort by accomplishing additional related tasks as needed
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently, especially when dealing with multiple assignments
Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to interact with candidates, vendors, clinical staff, and other team members to obtain and relay information accurately
Data Entry and Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in data entry and computer skills to process registrations, results, and maintain records
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy when processing drug screens, breath alcohol tests, and physical assessment results
Time Management: Good time management skills to complete tasks within assigned time frames and meet deadlines
Quality Standards: Ability to maintain strict quality standards when processing and reporting results
Compliance: Adherence to client guidelines and compliance requirements for reporting results
Team Collaboration: Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to team efforts
Adaptability: The capacity to adapt to changes in workflow, priorities, and tasks as needed
Educational Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent is often the minimum educational requirement for this role
Physical demands and Equipment Use:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms
Employee must occasionally lift up to fifteen (15) pounds
Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
