Proposal Manager Summary:


The AMS Proposal Manager is responsible for the development of proposals that demonstrate Delinea’s fit, competitive advantage, and compliance with its client’s needs. The role also plays an important part in responding to one-off security questionnaires



What You'll Do:




  • Oversee and edit proposals for compliance, completeness, and formatting so that Delinea’s competitive advantage is clear to the recipient



  • Organize Delinea’s response to security questionnaires originating from existing and prospective clients



  • Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) to internal stakeholders on RFX and Security Questionnaire response deadlines



  • Coordinate with subject matter experts across departments for proposal content



  • Maintain and update Delinea’s Responsive (RFPIO) system for proposal documentation that can be leveraged to provide competitive responses in an expeditious manner



  • Serve as a thought partner in the development and maintenance of proposal libraries, databases, and other sources of information



  • Manage request via the Delinea Trust Centre and provide feedback for new requirements



  • Manage the RFP mailbox to ensure response within SLA




What You'll Bring:




  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills



  • Proficiency in O365 tools



  • Excellent time management skills





  • Security product interest is desirable



  • Technical experience is desirable



  • Technical sales experience is desirable



  • Proposal management experience is desirable



  • Security compliance domain experience and/or interest is desirable



  • Industry security certifications, e.g. (CCSK, CISSP, CISM) are desirable
