The Business and Technology Project Manager for Global Supply Chain Systems (GSCS) is a pivotal role responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the GSCS Team. With expertise in end-to-end supply chain dynamics and cross-functional IT project management, the Business and Technology Project Manager oversees the team’s portfolio, ensuring seamless collaboration between GSCS, commercial and clinical supply chain teams and other stakeholders. They drive global, complex projects, ensuring compliance with GxP systems and processes, while navigating a fast-paced multinational environment with cross-cultural acumen and strong communication skills. Qualifications:

similar education required. PMP certification is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, information technology, or comparable experience with a Bachelors degree, or 4 years experience with a Masters degree

Salary Range: $106,600.00 - $146,600.00 annually

- End-to-End Project Management: Manages the entire project lifecycle, from request through delivery, ensuring seamless execution.
- Continuous Process Improvement: Drives identification and implementation of continuous improvements in project and portfolio management processes.
- Comprehensive Project Management: Manages projects spanning all supply chain capabilities, from systems and master data to reporting, processes, and people.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborates closely with IT experts, cross-functional Business Process Owners, and other key stakeholders to align on priority initiatives. Ensures team readiness and support for project commitments.
- Requirement Development: Works with stakeholders from various departments on the development of requirements and standards.
- Documentation Support: Supports the development of business process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Training and Compliance: Develops or assists in developing training materials and ensures continuous business knowledge. Ensures systems, data, and documentation compliance with Regulatory requirements and internal SOPs.
