Job Description Summary

Reporting to the Sr Director, USCAN Fulfillment Operations, this role manages a team of customer solutions analysts that are responsible for Imaging & LCS parts delivery to US customers. This person will be a primary contact for the field service teams on part escalations and work with internal/global functions to meet US customer fulfillment needs

Key responsibilities include:



  • Provide inspiring leadership to a team of Customer Solution analysts.

  • KPI Management: Customer Escalations, Estimated Delivery Dates updated, Timely field communications

  • Primary focal point for US field service teams on customer escalations

  • Provides L3 support to L2 analysts

  • Works with GSPO Logistics team directly with transportation and warehouse issues impacting the region

  • Partners with Customer Solutions Source Pole Leader to share resources when needed to meet the needs of global customers

  • Ensures off hour and weekend coverage meets the needs of the region

  • Able to manage multiple part escalations and provide timely, clear and professional communication to the field/customers.

  • Provides feedback to Customer Solutions fulfillment leader on part shortages impacting US region customers – sourced out of pole

  • Proactively drive process improvements/standard work amongst team

  • Develop and maintain cross-functional partnerships with MFG, Goldseal, FSS team, WHS/Logistics


Qualifications/Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

  • Minimum of 5 years applicable experience leading complex global initiatives in logistics, warehousing, inventory, and customer fulfillment

  • Ability to professionally communicate with influence

  • Effective time management and organizational skills; detail oriented

  • Experience with Oracle, Excel, Smartsheet, PowerPoint

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office applications

  • Strong Analytical skills and problem-solving ability

  • Ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders/global regions

  • Able to work independently and under minimal direct supervision



Desired Characteristics:



  • Demonstrated direct or indirect Supervisory/people leader capability

  • Certified Green Belt or Black Belt / Lean training / Six Sigma experience


For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $98,880.00-$148,320.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
