About the Role



GoodRx is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Contracts Manager to join a small fast-moving team focused on delivering advertising products to pharmaceutical manufacturer partners on GoodRx.com. With multiple advertising products spread across numerous pages and serving dozens of clients, the ideal candidate will be highly organized with a strict adherence to process. They will be detail oriented and play a key role in helping this small team deliver value to both clients and patients. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for creating, reviewing and processing insertion orders and sales contract orders as well as managing the contracts approval process. Contracts Manager will be responsible for confirming contract accuracy and for addressing and documenting all product and business exceptions. The Contracts Manager will need to quickly learn GoodRx’s product lines and the contractual business issues tied to each product. They will work closely with the Director of Deal Desk as well as Sales and Legal and report to the Director of Deal Desk



Responsibilities:




  • Preparation and review of insertion orders and contracts



  • Confirmation of all contract terms including descriptions of customized services, guarantees and pricing



  • Manage the contract lifecycle management tool leveraging Salesforce.com, including contract request process, communication on the contracting process, support contracting through the lifecycle process with business users, and tracking & managing contract requirements



  • Implementing the standardization of contracts and integration of new business, when applicable



  • Act as liaison with Legal, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Senior Management to ensure that contracts are accurate and comply with company requirements




Skills & Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree, and 3+ years of experience working with contracts or insertion orders, ideally for an online publisher or advertising agency. Agency/publisher media planner experience is welcome. Pharma and healthcare knowledge is preferable



  • Experience using Salesforce.com and CQP is a must



  • Must be very detail oriented with strong analytical skills



  • Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment



  • Must be responsible, accountable and result driven



  • Excellent oral and written communication skills



  • Experience with contract management platforms, electronic signatures, Google Suite, and Microsoft Suite - track changes & review with redlining preferred




At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired. The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. San Francisco and Seattle Offices:
$96,000.00 - $154,000.00


New York Office:
$88,000.00 - $141,000.00


Santa Monica Office:
$80,000.00 - $128,000.00


Other Office Locations:
$72,000.00 - $115,000.00
