The primary focus of the Manger of Financial Integrations will be to serve as the primary point of contact and lead on post-close integration of acquisitions and system implementations. Will be responsible for project management and preparation of business requirements from all functional areas of accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities






  • Development of business requirements for all system implementations and merger integration activities

  • Coordinate with Service Delivery, Sales, Integrations and IT to ensure successful integration of acquisitions into VC3 core systems

  • Responsible for identification and tracking of synergies for Finance & Accounting team

  • Responsible for any system conversions that affect financial operations: will require deep understanding of business processes and coordination with both upstream and downstream users of data

  • Project management and collaboration with all functional areas across Billing, A/P, A/R, Procurement, FP&A and general accounting

  • Responsible for identifying, tracking and implementing cost savings initiatives for all merger integrations and system initiatives



Additional Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate across all departments to maximize overall product revenue and margin

  • Maintain accurate and up to date documentation through the change management processes







Skills, Knowledge & Expertise






  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 10+ years relevant Accounting and Project Management experience is required.

  • Effective negotiation and vendor management skills.

  • Experience in IT service delivery and Managed Services practices.

  • Knowledge of ConnectWise Manage and ConnectWise CPQ.

  • Ability to present information to senior management in a manner that is clear and concise.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.

  • Experience in business analysis, profit/loss responsibility and a good understanding of financial concepts.

  • Excellent service skills, with the ability to create/cultivate trust relationships with vendors and co-workers and remain calm in stressful circumstances.
