Job Description

The Customer Service Representative (Remote) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services. (Military veterans are encouraged to apply.)

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE



As a Customer Service Representative, you will:



  • Provide exceptional customer experiences to bank customers and prospective customers as our client seeks to build their brand

  • Solve problems for bank customers and promote card benefits

  • Where appropriate, resolve customer complaints and de-escalate emotional situations while using our elevation process to meet customer’s needs

  • Make customer focused decisions to enhance the value of our card to our clients

  • Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.



YOUR QUALIFICATIONS



Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative (Remote) role include:



  • 18 years of age with a High School diploma/GED

  • 1 year of customer service experience required and experience in contact center is a plus.

  • While the role is not technical support you will be expected to utilize multiple systems on a PC throughout your day to day

  • Able to speak, write and understand English which will be confirmed by an assessment

  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking

  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
