This position is 100% remote. Actually, our entire company is fully remote!


About The Role


A Full Time Executive Assistant’s responsibility is to provide high-level administrative support to the leadership team member to ensure they can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives. Some of your responsibilities would include helping manage calendars and set up meetings, prioritizing emails and coordinating travel arrangements. We are looking for a well-organized individual with strong communication and a high level of accountability.

Requirements:

Duties/Responsibilities: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:



  • Daily calendar management, including discretion over meeting prioritization

  • Effectively prioritize tasks

  • Coordinates all aspects of domestic and international travel

  • Document core processes and procedures

  • Organizes and executes special events and large-scale meetings

  • Assist leader with managing projects



  • Duties, responsibilities and activities may change over time as the organization grows and matures.


What We Look For/ Qualifications:



  • Great attitude (smile-through-the-phone level of great!)

  • 2+ years of proven Executive Assistant experience

  • Bilingual (fluent in Spanish – English)

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

  • Strong project management skills

  • Experience booking international travel

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills; able to make own decisions

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational, project planning & management skills

  • Proficient in MS Office / GSuite, with strong email correspondence and calendar management skills

  • Common sense galore (you often hear of situations and are puzzled why other people don’t get the simplest of things)

  • Follow-through (you finish your tasks and projects all the time, nothing falls through the cracks)

  • High level of accountability

It is not used as a disqualification tool, but rather a way to help us understand overall job fit, create unique interview questions based around your preferences, and ultimately create a better onboarding experience if you inevitably join our team.
