JANUS Research Group is looking for a remote Controller to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to lead system implementations


• Conduct financial audits


• Act as Travel Manager with Travel Inc. and the airlines


• Develop/improve policies and procedures


• Custom report writing


• Oversee Quality Management reporting and requirements


• System security (Costpoint SaaS)


• Knowledgeable in all facets of Accounting & Finance including A/P, A/R


• Financial Reporting


• G/L and month-end close


• Budgeting and planning


• Banking and cash requirements


• Intercompany transactions


• Payroll


• Fixed assets


• Procurement (Order to Cash)


• HR oversight including compensation plans and benefits


• Compliance reporting for HR and Accounting

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting and 10 years experience


• Deltek Costpoint experience required


• Experience in the government contracting

Target salary range: 120k-150k. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
