Our Claims team is currently seeking a Change Implementation Consultant to join our growing team.



This is a full time, exempt role. This role is eligible for a fully remote or hybrid to Worcester, MA work arrangement.



POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Claims Implementation Consultant will play a key role in ensuring projects/change initiatives in the claims organization meet objectives on time by increasing employee awareness, adoption and usage. This person will focus on how change impacts people, including changes to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, organization structures and other initiatives. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee engagement, adoption and usage and minimize business disruption. The individual will also draft and deliver content that brings people along with the change.



IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:



  • Ensure alignment and sustainment of change management tools and methodology with all stakeholders through ongoing collaboration.

  • Support project teams to integrate change management strategy and activities into overall project plans by facilitating the following areas:

  • Assess change readiness.

  • Identify people change impacts.

  • Utilize the change management process, identify stakeholders and impacts, and develop change mitigation strategies.

  • Execute mitigation strategies and tools to engage impacted stakeholders to increase understanding, build support for change, to ensure minimal business disruption.

  • Build post-implementation activities that help sustain the change.

  • Co-lead and influence multi-channeled training and communications that include the diverse perspectives of multiple stakeholders to keep people informed and ensure their ability to succeed in the change.

  • In partnership with the communication leads, design, draft and execute quality written and visual communications that provide consistent messaging.

  • Seek input from others and work collaboratively to ensure we integrate diverse perspectives in how we communicate ideas, best practices and strategies.

  • Develop efforts to increase collaboration and effectiveness of all business teams.

  • Be the “voice” for the team when needed.

WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY:



  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

  • Change management certification or designation a plus.

  • 5-7 years of change management-related processes and methodologies including developing strategies to help shift mindset, behaviors and achieve results.

  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle and how to apply change management.

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.

  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid / blended work environment leading and influencing both in-person and virtually. Proven ability utilizing online collaboration tools and approaches.

  • A commitment to including the voice of the employee and diverse perspectives.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal to a wide variety of audiences.

  • Strong presentation skills capable of clearly articulating a message to varied audiences.
