Project Lead Web UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a candidate for the following position: Project Lead Web UI/UX Designer.

What you will work on:

• Guide and mentor the UX/UI design team in collaboration with the UI Director.


• Ensure the application of best practices in product design.


• Participate in the preparation of user research.


• Stay informed and disseminate knowledge about the latest industry trends, relevant technologies, and design tools within the team.


• Work closely with the UI Director to implement, improve, and maintain effective design processes, guidelines, and practices.


• Maintain the design standards in accordance with the company's quality standards.

It’s important to us:

• Over 5 years of experience in product or UI/UX design, demonstrated by strong cases in the portfolio;


• Understanding of user-centered design principles, demonstrated by real cases;


• Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to convey and justify your point of view, find common ground with colleagues and stakeholders, provide feedback;


• Product and strategic thinking skills, ability to turn business goals into compelling design solutions;


• Basic understanding of front-end, technology constraints, and their impact on design.
