Trademark Paralegal (temporary)

Description

Trustpoint.One is pleased to be working with a global entertainment company with an opening for a temporary trademark paralegal with 1-3 years of experience with foreign trademark prosecution and conflict work to assist with all aspects of trademark registration matters in foreign jurisdictions. Responsibilities to include assisting with document production, preparing, processing, and recording chain-of-title related documents, assisting with trademark database maintenance, information and document management and recordkeeping, preparing summaries and reports and assisting with special projects related to trademark registration. While this is a remote job, the person in this role is supporting a team based in CA and must be able to work PT hours.

A BA/BS degree and 1 year paralegal experience with an emphasis on trademark and clearance work is required. Applicants must also have excellent communication and organizational skills, strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office software programs, Adobe software, trademark database software, billing software, document management software, and the ability to handle a high volume of deadline-intensive work. All applicants must be able to work at a computer for a sustained amount of time.

The trademark paralegal pay is $50.74/hr.
