As Ninety continues to experience exceptional growth, we are looking to bring on a
Head of HR who will be responsible for leading and overseeing our HR and Total Rewards function and who will report to the Chief People Officer.


To be successful in this role, you must have:



  • Had 10+ years of experience in HR or related fields

  • Experience in scaling and HR function from 200 employees to over 500 employees, and ideally helping a company with an IPO

  • Extensive experience with building foundational HR processes to scale the function

  • Considerable experience in building benefits and compensation plans that can adjust with the business including non-traditional plans

  • Experience in working with a remote workforce across multiple locations and states

  • Reliable internet and phone connection

  • Experience in, or are excited to work in an fast growth, early-stage environment

  • Ability to manage time effectively, work independently and be self-motivated


Your Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and Coach the HR Team

  • HR and Huam Capital Risk Management and Compliance including investigations, Terminations, state/Federal compliance and Offboarding

  • Total Rewards including benefits support and administration, compensation and equity plan execution

  • HR and People Processes

  • Employee training in conjunctions with content and education team

  • Personal learning and development

  • Quarterly projects to improve the overall company and function


What Success Looks Like:



  • Create the foundations for a world class HR organization including practices and processes to allow Ninety to scale

  • KPIS include Signed termination agreements, Total Rewards costs per employee, Completed audits of various HR processes without issues, high offer acceptance rate

  • Employee feedback on ease of use for HR function and feedback from Stay interviews on effectiveness of total rewards

  • Team member and leader compliance on using processes and practices


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience working directly with C-Suite and leaders

  • Track record of building high performing HR teams

  • Experience moving benefits plans between fully and self-funded options

  • Track record of managing the due diligence process from a Human Capital perspective for both PE and preparing for an IPO

  • Experience as a player-coach and a track record of of growing team mates
