Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of property damage and losses for insurance claims.
- Review insurance policies and coverage to determine the extent of liability and coverage.
- Collect and analyze relevant data, including photographs, statements, and other evidence, to evaluate claims accurately.
- Calculate and negotiate fair settlement amounts with clients and insurance companies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, answering inquiries, and guiding them through the claims process.
- Prepare detailed reports documenting claim assessments, findings, and settlement recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to insurance claims.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills to assess and evaluate claims accurately.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to spot even the smallest discrepancies.
- Strong negotiation skills to reach fair settlement amounts.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple claims simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for claims processing and documentation.
- Knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and industry standards.
