PrudentRx seeks a calculated risk taker who possesses the ability to drive big-picture change and growth while tending to the necessary details and scope to attain project goals and requirements as a Project Manager. As a seasoned Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing projects, coordinating project teams, managing resources, and communicating project status to stakeholders. Your role will require your skilled experience throughout the full project life cycle, adhering to established project management methodologies and best practices to ensure projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget



Position Details

  • United States- Remote/Telecommute

  • 8:00 am-5:00 pm Est.

  • Equipment and hardware provided. Interviewing, orientation, and training are conducted virtually.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project charters, plans, risk analysis, schedules, and other documentation as outlined by the PMO.

  • Develop and track project status and checklist items, ensuring compliance and completion.

  • Obtain contracts, MSA, BAA, W9 and other legal documents from the vendor and ensure approval and compliance by the vendor and PrudentRx.

  • Ensure finance and legal have appropriate documentation and are placed in the correct repositories.

  • Work with future project/product owners and stakeholders in gathering project requirements, clearly identifying scope, managing scope creep, and adhering to schedules.

  • Provide status updates to appropriate stakeholders using the pre-determined technique, frequency, tools, outlines, and process as outlined by the PMO.

  • Schedule and direct weekly project meetings with project team members.

  • Manage project planning, design, kickoff, execution, testing, training, go-live, hand-off, and lessons learned as outlined by the PMO.

  • Create test scripts and user stories as needed, determined by each project.

  • Ensure processes are created for transitioning a project to its future owner, including support and maintenance.

  • Ensure all project documentation is completed, organized, filed, and completed.

  • Ensure compliance with all project management processes and procedures.

  • Complete all necessary continued learning and training requirements per department and company need.

  • Other essential duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of experience working within the IT space.

  • 5+ years of project management experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment.

  • Knowledge of project management practices and process improvement methodologies.

  • Proficient with Smartsheet, Teams, Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Preferred

  • Skills with Azure DevOps and Halo



Work From Home Requirement

(25/25mp) to execute all job functions. Additionally, the employee must provide a private

workspace with a desk and chair, free from distraction



Physical Demands and Working Conditions

Duties are performed primarily in a home office setting utilizing company-provided computer equipment. While performing the duties of this job, you will regularly sit and talk. The employee is frequently required to use their hands. Employee will occasionally be required to stand and walk
