Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Senior Web Designer to create attractive, lead generating websites for our VIP customers. You will take your expertise in Adobe tools and graphic design and use it to create visual elements for our most discerning customers. You will also use your customer service and project management skills to ensure projects run successfully. Your focus will be working directly with top-tier clients, aligning their needs with best practices and trends to help them be successful online.

The Senior Web Designer will also be an integral part of overseeing a dynamic group of web designers. You will use your experience in customer service, project management, and people management to further the skills and goals of the team and LeadVenture.

Here is more of what you’ll get to do:

Design portion

• 
  
  Work directly with VIP customers to design websites based on unique customer needs, best practices, and platform capabilities
  


• 
  
  Create designs for the Home and internal pages
  


• 
  
  Make revisions to website designs
  


• 
  
  Manage a queue of individual work, ensuring due dates are met
  


• 
  
  Interface with internal teams to ensure VIP client projects stay on track
  


• 
  
  Interface with internal teams to bring your designs to life
  

Team Portion

• 
  
  
  
  
  • 
    
    Scheduling and rescheduling client consults by working with Sales, CS, and clients directly
    
  
  
  • 
    
    Help designers with questions as they arise
    
  
  
  • 
    
    Assist with vetting incoming clients and assigning them to appropriate designers
    
  
  
  • 
    
    Assist with planning and teaching the team new processes
    
  
  
  • 
    
    Assist with updating team resources and documentation
    
  
  
  • 
    
    Collaboratively oversee a team of designers
    
  
  
  • 
    
    Act in the place of Design Supervisor when they are out or unavailable
    
  
  
  
  

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  Advanced knowledge of Photoshop and/or Adobe XD and working knowledge of Creative Suite Applications
