PICK PROGRAMMER-TELECOMMUTE

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Pick Developer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in the USA. Our client is a Dutch multinational human resource consulting firm founded in the Netherlands in 1960. They offer various human resources services, including temporary and permanent staffing, recruitment and selection, outsourcing, career transition services, talent development, and workforce management solutions. The client operates in over 40 countries worldwide, with offices and operations spanning Europe, North America, South America, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. They serve clients across various industries, including finance, technology, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, retail, and more. The company provides staffing and HR solutions tailored to the specific needs of each industry sector. The company leverages digital platforms, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and automation to enhance its recruitment processes, improve candidate experiences, and deliver client value





Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in full Software Development Life Cycle.


• 5+ years of experience working as a database developer within Pick System /multivalued database environments.


• Experience in development within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, implement, and maintain application software with established processes.


• Design, implement, and maintain Universe within all Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases.


• Communicate effectively with other engineers and QA.


• Establish, refine, and integrate development and test environment tools and software as needed.


• Identify production and non-production application issues.


• Determine opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications of UniVerse-developed projects.


• Provide technical support and consultation for Universe application and infrastructure questions.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in healthcare industry claims processing.


• Knowledge of UniVerse and/or D3 programming language and database.


• Understanding APIs between Universe/D3 database environments and other environments


• Knowledge of Python.
