Job Summary:


This role involves driving essential business outcomes for critical programs within the organization. They will work on complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring their programs and campaigns to life. They act as a champion for their programs, fostering strong alignment and relationships to achieve unified success.


How You'll Make an Impact:



  • Campaign Planning: Support in the development of purposeful, well-thought-out campaigns that support account-based marketing and selling efforts to drive pipeline and brand awareness. Partner with functional areas to plan and execute on strategy and tactical plans

  • Project Management: Coordinating and managing project expectations and execution. Communicate on-going progress, issues, risks, and overall performance to all stakeholders. Risk and Change Management planning, mitigation, and controls

  • Budget Management: Responsible for managing the budget allocated for vertical programs and campaigns, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources

  • Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with the necessary tools and resources to effectively support success of campaigns and programs

  • Track and report: Monitor and optimize tactical performance at every stage of the journey to ensure content/messaging is resonating. Identify how we can improve and bring your expertise to the table: How can we make it even better?


What You'll Bring to the Role (About You):



  • 5-7 years of previous experience in integrated marketing or a related marketing role is highly desirable.

    • Candidates with a background in demand generation, digital marketing, or customer marketing may also be considered


  • A strong foundation in marketing principles, project management, and branding are essential for success in this role

  • Having a good understanding of the D2L products and Education markets is crucial

  • Demonstrated project management experience in successfully managing marketing projects and campaigns from planning to execution

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are important for crafting persuasive product content, creating presentations, and engaging with various stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in delivering presentations to internal teams, clients, and prospects.

  • Previous involvement in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote products and generate leads


Recommended Education:



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is typically required
