Full timeCSCI Consulting is hiring a Scrum Master for a long-term project with the State of Indiana. The Scrum Master will be supporting two project teams and will be working in a SAFe Agile framework on an unemployment insurance initiative. Support will include working on modernization or enhancement features
Responsibilities
- Provide Agile coaching to the teams.
- Mitigate blockers and support iteration execution.
- Schedule and facilitate team meetings: Daily Sync, Iteration Planning, Iteration Review, Iteration Retrospective
- Oversees the efforts of direct reporting resources and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years working in an Agile development environment.
- 5+years serving as a Scrum Master.
- Significant understanding of SAFe.
- Agile SAFe certification preferred.
- Experience with the Atlassian suite, (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, SynapseRT).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a team mindset.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
