The Senior Program Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives to ensure transformational improvements increase scalability, functionality, and cohesion across teams. A great candidate will lead efforts to improve tools, design processes, enact change, and drive data-based decisions, focus on meeting stakeholder expectations, add business value, and align with business strategy. This role will be focused on championing, maximizing , supporting, and measuring our global capability center , creating a seamless experience for our internal teams leveraging the center's skills



Position Type : This is a regular, full-time position



Compensation : Base pay is anticipated to be between $ 106,557.00 and $ 135,000.00 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions



Location : In this US-based position, your location will be remote from your home office , preferably in the Eastern time zone



Travel : Y ou can also expect up to approximately 25 % travel, with some global travel to the UK and India possible , so be sure you have a valid passport, driver's license, and automobile insurance with a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months

Envision Your Experience



In this role you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive program strategy and roadmap for the integration of our new global capability center , including milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.

  • Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership on leveraging the global capability center to optimize business processes and drive operational efficiency.

  • Provide leadership and oversight on this highly complex program. Plan, develop, and execute schedules to ensure timely completion of project deadlines and milestones as well as assurance that the program is meeting the needs of the sponsor and delivering the intended business value.

  • Balance competing factors and manage the gaps and interfaces between workstreams to effectively maximize program impact.

  • Identify, review, and work with vendors or other outside resources to meet program needs.

  • Communicate program status and risk to relevant stakeholders, team, and partners, including up the management chain, escalating further when appropriate; Identify and monitor risks and develop response plans when necessary.

  • Provide senior leaders with portfolio-level transparency into status, dependencies, issues and risks across projects and programs.

  • Ensure the intended outcome and value of programs are understood and communicated to stakeholders and teams.

  • Drive collaboration between all stakeholder departments.

  • Promote, enable, and support changes to how the organization and program team operate to accomplish defined business value.

  • Adapt to changes as they occur over the lifetime of complex programs, remaining focused on delivering intended business value.

  • Gather, analyze, and utilize quantitative and qualitative data to build context, inform decisions, define program health, and provide insights.

  • Other duties as required.



Share Your Expertise



Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field and 6+ years of successful management of a global capability center, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.

  • Proven experience as a program manager, overseeing complex projects and driving successful integrations of offshore resources .

  • Experience in leading process optimization initiatives, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience as a strategy thought partner, including guiding program or initiative teams.

  • PMP certification, Agile Certification, MBA, or Masters Certificate in Project Management required.

  • Established program management skills such as resource management, risk management, project finances, and partner/contract management.

  • Experience with online project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, etc. in partnership with excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience facilitating Agile, Scrum, or similar teams to deliver technology solutions on time, on budget, and to specifications.

  • Data-driven, analytical thinker with the ability to identify and understand complex problems and formulate alternate solutions.

  • Ability to build team cohesiveness, lead, influence, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve challenging goals.

  • Thorough knowledge of process and service design.

  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and communicate complex concepts and issues to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills; self-directed to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.

  • Ability to cope with change, shift gears comfortably, and decide and act appropriately.

  • Experience working, influencing, and networking within a matrix organization.
