Efficiently orchestrating the complex schedules of the VP of Marketing Medicare and two Senior Directors, the Executive Administrative Assistant will serve as the cornerstone of seamless coordination and productivity. By meticulously managing calendars, appointments, and deadlines, this role ensures optimal time utilization, enabling executives to focus on strategic initiatives and critical tasks. Through adept communication and proactive problem-solving, the Executive Administrative Assistant fosters a harmonious workflow, empowering leaders to make informed decisions and drive impactful results.





What Will I Do?




  • Provide general administrative support to the VP Marketing Medicare and two Sr. Directors

  • Coordinate conferences and meetings, maintain calendars and prepare materials such as presentations, spreadsheets, reports and agendas

  • Receive, screen and handle telephone calls, incoming mail/email, publications and other correspondence, much of which is confidential or sensitive in nature

  • Compose and proofread correspondence and produce high quality materials such as presentations, spreadsheets and reports

  • Process monthly time and expense reporting

  • Create and maintain computer and paper-based filing and organization systems

  • Maintain knowledge of organization policies, procedures and resources

  • Complete or participate on special projects as needed

  • Interact effectively with individuals at all levels within and outside of the Company in a professional and confidential manner





What’s Required?




  • 3+ years related work experience
    High school diploma or GED

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office products: (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Advanced skills with Outlook (Shared Calendars, Email)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Critical thinking skills





What’s Preferred?



  • Florida Blue/Guidewell experience

  • Experience supporting executive level staff, especially managing calendars





General Physical Demands
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects. Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.

Typical Hourly Pay Range: $24 - $30


Full Hourly Range: $24 - $40

Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
