POSITION SUMMARY


Nurp is seeking a talented and versatile Email Marketer & Copywriter to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both short-form ad copywriting and D2C email marketing efforts to drive engagement and conversion across various digital channels. As a Copywriter at Nurp, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing creative concepts, crafting compelling ad copy, developing persuasive email content, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES



  • Collaborate closely with designers to integrate copy seamlessly with visuals and optimize content for various platforms and formats.


  • Create persuasive and informative email body copy, subject lines, and calls-to-action for D2C email campaigns, aligning them with campaign objectives and brand voice.


  • Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, email content, calls-to-action, and send times to continually optimize performance and maximize results.


  • Utilize analytics tools to analyze campaign results, track key metrics, and generate reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.


  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future email campaigns based on data analysis, industry trends, and best practices.


  • Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. (prefered)


  • Minimum of 3 years experience in copywriting, email marketing, D2C marketing, and direct response marketing preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.


  • Minimum of 3 years experience in creative and ad campaign copywriting


  • Strong portfolio showcasing short-form ad copywriting samples and email marketing campaigns.


  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.


  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.


  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in advertising copywriting and email marketing.






PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS



  • Ability to spend prolonged periods standing, sitting, or walking


  • Ability to work in enclosed environments exposed to excessive noise, automotive shop environment, and cold or heat


  • Must be able to lift at least 25lbs
