- Planned work hours/time zone: Eastern, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Unplanned work hours anticipated: Nights and weekends as needed for project delivery and deployments.
- Sit or stand, type, mouse, and talk for the majority of the workday.
- Fluently read, write, and verbally communicate in English.
How You'll Create Impact
- The IT PMO Business Systems Senior Analyst will have the opportunity to impact project delivery globally and across enterprise functional product segments by:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies, policies, and procedures to drive the success of the IT PMO and align with organizational objectives.
- Researches and validates innovative solutions (both external and internal), leveraging best practices for quality and process efficiencies.
- Champion a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the IT PMO.
- Project Program Management:
- Collaboratively defines and configures the PMO toolset to meet the needs of our stakeholders.
- Ensure the data stored in the tools remains accurate, meaningful, and accessible.
- Helps to monitor project progress, resource utilization, and budgetary constraints across the IT PMO projects, while developing reports to aid the project managers to remain in compliance.
- Works closely with the PMO stakeholders/tenant groups to evolve the solution to meet their needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments and levels of the organization.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on IT project management programs.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between IT teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives and expectations.

Your Background
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics or related field required with at least 5+ years relative professional experience; OR
- Bachelor’s with Master’s degree in business, IT, or related field with at least 3+ years of relative professional experience
- 1-2 years experience managing and delivering IT, software development, or related projects
Preferred:
- Experience with project management tools, MS Project, and Smartsheets. Etc.
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI and other data reporting tools.
Travel Expectations
- For a normal year, you can expect to travel up to 15% WITHIN COUNTRY/ Countries, or INTERNATIONALLY
