Senior Manager - Program/Project

Job Title: Senior Manager - Program / Project

Job Summary: Manages a medium-sized program (e.g., IDIQ contract), usually with less than 50 direct and indirect assigned personnel, for successful performance consistent with contractual agreements, deliverables and project methodologies. Manages/develops the program budget, schedule and operating procedures, and manages program-level client interactions. Responsible for program expansion through leadership of proposals for new tasks/projects, and start-up and staffing of new program work.

Educational Requirement: Masters Degree

Required Experience: 10 + years of experience

Required Knowledge: Ability to Multi Task and Prioritize; Budgetary & Fiscal Mgmt; Verbal Communication; Written Communication; Customer Relations; Management Experience; Analytical; Budgetary & Fiscal Mgmt.
